The vessel will be stopped and we make absolutly clear that they better return to the place of origin. We will under no circumstances allow that the illegal journey proceeds to Europe!

How you will deal with NGO Ships ?

Should they interfere with our mission we will take appropiate actions.

Why you need a tender ?

Our vessel has a range of 400 NM (but it is fast, up to 38 kts). For the kind of anticipated mission this range is too less. Therefore we do need a tender for refueling etc. We do not believe in charter. A tender which fullfills our needs costs around 400.000. Some of them are cheaper some more expensive. There are various options. Take a look at the Gallery, there is a sample of a tender.

What happens if you miss the goal?

As we are using the "fixed length" scheme, all donations will be returned to the donators if missing the the goal. We will take no further actions in order do protect Europe. The population has then to deal on its own with the upcoming problems.

Transparency

We give full transparency how the donations being spent. The major invests ( vessel and drones) being published on this platform. All invoices being forwarded on request (operational costs etc)

Why this tight time frame ?

The " good" season for illegal migration will start soon. There is NO time to waste. Our intention is to start our mission end of June 2018. Unlike some amateurs who showed up last year almost at the end of the summer, we will use almost the entire season to act.

How you will inform the public about your mission and the progress?

As soon the missions starts, we will publish on a daily basis all actions being taken. This includes videos and photos. There will be also a daily update of the numbers of illegal migrants prevented to put a foot on european soil, vessels being destroyed which had been used for illegal crossings. Success is measurable !

Was sagt das Seerecht ?

Sich selbst in Seenot zu bringen, ist kein Fall einer Notlage im Sinne des Seerechts. Fahren Flüchtlinge auf erkennbar seeuntüchtigen oder sonst ungeeigneten Fahrzeugen wie Flössen aufs offene Meer, bringen sie sich selbst und andere (ihre Retter) in Gefahr. Dies ist vom Seerecht nicht gedeckt. Juristisch gesehen könnte die absichtlich herbeigeführte Lage als Zwangsmittel dienen, um ein Einreiserecht vom Küstenstaat zu erzwingen: Es besteht die Gefahr des Rechtsmissbrauchs.
