In the past three years, I’ve been expanding into independent journalism, covering important news stories on the scene. Given that the corporate, leftist media will always spin news to fit their agenda, the only way to get the real story is for us to do it ourselves. In the past three years, I’ve reported on #BlackLivesMatter marches in Chicago, the presidential primaries in Iowa, New York and other states, the Republican National Convention, political events in Hungary and Ukraine, and much more.

While many people enjoy and benefit from my work, independent journalism is costly. Transportation, accommodation, and equipment are expensive, and without an MSM publication backing me, I need to pay all the expenses myself. Because Big Tech has been trying to censor and no-platform right-wingers in recent times, that means I need to appeal to you, my readers, to be able to bring you the news and stories you want to hear.

How the Left is Trying to Censor Me

While I used to be able to maintain a modest living from my books and blog, the left has been progressively shutting me down for the past three years.

In 2016, I was banned from Amazon Associates, depriving me of a major source of income. Later that year, I was also permanently banned from Twitter. In 2017, following President Trump’s inauguration, Google flagged my site as “fake news,” causing search traffic to my blog to plummet, and my book sales and income fell along with it. Finally, following the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia last August, I was forced to stop using PayPal and Patreon to collect donations from my readers.

I’ve since had to take on a day job in order to make ends meet, which leaves me less time to produce the original reporting and content my readers want.
