Our organization is now facing our most dangerous challenge yet.

Identity Evropa and its leadership have been served lawsuits relating to our involvement in the Unite The Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia on August 12th, 2017.

We believe these lawsuits to be frivolous and hyperbolic, devoid of legal substance and aimed only to destroy our organization and our movement through litigation. With this in mind, we are pleased to announce that we will be fighting back with every resource we can bring to bear on this issue. In order for Identity Evropa to triumph over these lawsuits, we absolutely need your immediate and most generous ongoing financial support for this rigorous mission and the future of our movement for our people.

Sadly, the government engaged in a crackdown before our event was even scheduled to begin despite the injunction to hold the rally. A state of emergency was declared early in the morning and we immediately found that law enforcement failed to uphold their security commitments. Riot police forced Identity Evropa members and other attendees into hundreds of antifa protesters without any effort to maintain peace.

We are first embarking on the legal defense of our leaders and organization which will then allow us to file civil rights lawsuits against law enforcement and the government for their corruption and negligence on August 12th. We cannot overstate the significance of this legal campaign in the history and relevance of our movement.
